Product deteriorating after 10 fires broken bricks , and yes they were installed correctly and heated up correctly to cure. And still 3 or in several pieces already and 2 more are cracked . Not any good for a wood furnace. Maybe a lite duty application they might hold up? Pizza oven that’s used twice a year or something. lol

Was reading a lot reviews that they come broken but I guess I got lucky when I ordered two packs and they came in one piece. These held up really well in my smoker firebox. It retained a lot of heat so I didn't waste much wood.

I was expecting one or more brick to arrive broken based on other reviews. The bricks came in a cardboard box typical of firebricks you'd find anywhere else. They were all intact.
They do not seem to be as high of quality as the other firebricks I've bought locally. I am still assembling the project, so I haven't tested the heat loss yet compared to the other bricks, but they are more porous and less dense than the ones purchased locally.

These bricks are to be used in woodstove. We ordered 2 boxes, 3 bricks came with end busted off. They will work for now but am afraid they will break as they get hot.

One brick was cracked however but I was still able to use it.
Price is almost the same as in the store.
