Amazon Customer: I got the 7 foot tree. It is not pre-lit. I have a very small house and it fit perfectly. It was great to have such a nice looking tree. It holds a lot of ornaments. The price is excellent and I feel the quality is great.

It is easy to put together and the stand is sturdy. If you want it to look nice, you have to take your time putting it together. It goes together easily, and there are enough branches for a full look.

However, you need to have patience fluffing out the branches. You will have to carefully separate each one and strategically spread them nicely for a full look. This is true for any "fake" tree you purchase. If you find you have bald spots, try spreading the branches a little better.

I recommend a bottom-up approach. Put your tree in the middle of the room and start fluffing on the bottom branch and work your way up. I didn't stack the tree first. I worked on the bottom section and added as I worked up. These branches are staggered so they look more natural.

When you are ready to put it away it fits into the box.

jedburgh72: I decided to write this review to help others with answers to questions I had about this tree. First off...this tree is fantastic for the price! I shopped around for quite awhile before deciding to purchase this tree. I went to Michael's, Canadian Tire, Wal Mart, and no one carried a slim tree in 7.5ft with a 30inch base (width), and under $200! It was shipped quickly (arrived in 2 days with Prime) and zero damage to the box or the contents inside. I found assembly quick, and easy (an hour at the most), and the tree is light, and easy to manoeuvre, I didn't need my husbands help during any point. When you first open the box...you may be shocked at how compact, and sparse the tree looks but as you put it together, and shape the branches section by section the tree will begin to come to life! Yes...you need to spend some time fluffing each branch, but if you take your time, and do this step...the tree WILL look as full as the picture. Upon reading reviews regarding this tree I decided to order the 7.5ft (we have 8ft ceilings) as a few people mentioned that the tree isn't true to height, and I can attest to that. rricksrricks: I had a very expensive 20 year old (10 year warranty) BEAUTIFUL National Tree Company unlit 8' Silver Tip I had purchased from California Backyard. I loved it. The box was HEAVY, BIG, BULKY and it took me a few days to decorate by walking on the 6 kitchen chairs placed around it. I always placed the tree on 6 #10 food can boxes to raise it up some. The tree looked real, had tiny pinecones and the brown authentic look on the center pole. The problem was that it was too big for the current house. Every year I pushed the branches thru the entry railing and the tree took up 1/5 of the front room after I moved furniture. I decided it was time to trade down to a narrow tree, which I am not really fond of, and get something smaller that won't kill us in our older years. I watched the trees in the stores the last 2 years but never liked them. I did not want to put up the big tree one more year, especially with no family gathering due to covid. After lots of research, reviews, calling CA Backyard etc etc I settled on this one sight unseen. I ordered from Amazon (there were cheaper options) just because if I didn't like it it would be easier to return.

This tree is pretty good quality (considering the cost). Easy to assemble, full appearance when fluffed, great for small spaces. Expect some fraying where the branches are secured but not enough to worry about (in my experience). Overall, a good find. **

I spent a lot of time reading reviews for various trees before sticking with this one. As with any other product, it's important to read between the lines with reviews. I always weigh the negatives, as well (looking for the actual warranted, helpful ones) as positive so I can make an educated decision.

This tree had some negative construction reviews that, in my opinion, weren't enough of a deterrent for the price. Between those reviews and the positive reviews (and pictures), I decided I'd risk it. I'm not disappointed! Especially given the price.

Pros:

The size: Height wise (7.5ft), it's perfect! Just tall enough to fill out the space without feeling cramped. I'm also very pleased with the width.
