Most of the arrangements are not too difficult. An intermediate pianist could manage them. I was able to sight read them in tempo. My problem is managing multiple octave chords with arthritic fingers. There are the usual Christmas carols but he throws in a few modern compositions. There are a few printing errors I think. Easy enough to modify.

Excellent book with some very good arrangements of Christmas classics.
Suitable for intermediate to advanced players.
I just wish I had time to learn some before Christmas. This year I'll be getting it out in November!

This is a great collection of traditional carols and more modern Christmas songs. The arrangements are really good. Note they are piano solos, they aren’t arranged as sing along songs.

I play at a grade 9 RCM level and I find these arrangements to be at a good level of difficulty (as in I can start practicing at the beginning of december and have a few pieces ready by Christmas). There is a good mix of modern/traditional songs and some of the arrangments are quite beautiful.
