Los materiales son bastante básicos, no esperéis gran calidad.

I am trying to build up my home gym so I can stay out of the gym some, and in case they get shut down again.
i really bought this for 3 things. the ball, balance pad and stretch band (they call it a cotton loop)
the balance ball I can get a lot of workouts on. I do have a dumb bell so I do torso twists, and crunches. Use the small resistance band and do leg lifts. Doing this while on the balance ball can be pretty hard. i do some leg exercises.
the cotton loop is for stretching, go gently
the big one for me is the balance pad. You just stand on it. sounds easy? its not. thy to stay on your heel. For this make sure its not on a smooth surface, like your smooth garage floor. I did this on accident and slipped so do not be me.
only things I didnt like
the ball does not have the pressure you need to inflate it to. I just guessed.
would be nice if the balance pad was not slick on both sides to help with it sliding.
be nice if the cotton loop (stretch band) and some hand holds

For some reason I thought the ball is bigger. But I went back and check the description I guess I just didn't read it carefully.
Other than that everything is great. Came in on time.
I wish there's 2 blocks.
