Pretty accurate: Used 3 out of the five tests to try out the accuracy as I slowly stopped smoking Cannabis. It was very accurate through all the stages of still smoking, stopped smoking and day after smoking again.

Shane M.: I bought these to prep for a drug test and they worked great! I took one after cutting myself off from thc for 10 days and surprisingly had a negative result for thc (all other drugs on the panel also came up negative). I was skeptical of that result, so I took another the next day and got the same result. So I scheduled my drug test two days from them and took two more of these at home tests to ensure accuracy, and sure enough they both came back negative and I passed my official drug test! In my case, these were very reliable, simple to use with fast results, and well worth the money.
