5-Inch HD Split-Screen Baby Monitor with Babysense Technology

Jessica Roth: We have used a few different monitors and brands in the past and this is by far our favorite. It’s screen is super large, it holds a battery charge for a long time, the picture quality is great (it’s clear and colors are good), night vision is super clear, the sound is loud and clear, it has versatile movement to view around the room, it has a night light with 3 levels, it has multiple sounds and music, the voice speaker is clear and easy to use, it has a split screen for both cameras.

The ONLY reason I did not give it 5 stars is bc when you do split screen you can only choose one camera to have sound on. It’s also hard to find s replacement battery (although we haven’t needed one just yet).

Very easy to set up and clear pictures! Controls are also self explanatory. Like others have said, the temperature reader is not accurate on the unit. I'm also confused if the audio is supposed to both be coming through on the split screen mode. It currently only has audio coming through the screen that is highlighted/selected. Which makes me have to choose which kid to listen to at night on the monitor while I'm sleeping and to rely on hearing cries through the house for the other kid. It makes me worried I won't hear and respond fast enough..

Careyon: Cannot stress enough how great their customer service team is! We've gone through 4 video monitors in our 5 1/2 years of parenthood. Purchased this unit (along with a warranty), and after 2 days the parent unit no longer charged which rendered it useless. To top it off, one of the charge cords "broke" as though it had been cut (suspiciously right next to warning sticker). My wife and I immediately thought, "here we go again with another junk monitor." Reached out to the customer service team, explained the problem, and they replaced the parent unit and cord no questions asked or warranty needed! Hoping we don't run into any more issues, but I have full confidence in this company's service team to be there if we do.

I’m still working to get mine to pair but the app downloaded without any issues.
Highly recommend due to seller support with any issues that may arise

Pairing to the monitor and set up was way easy, decent image and sound quality.
Two stars because: much research indicated there was an app so you could tap in while at work. And there is… but you cannot download it in most countries for what I assume is a safety feature.
I changed country from US to the UK to Italy and none of these countries allow the use of the app indicates a safety concern if you ask me.

BrittanyBrittany: We have used an infant optics for the last 15 months since my baby was born and loved. Now I'm 18 weeks pregnant and we needed a second camera but we couldn't add to the monitor we had. I had this in my cart for awhile and ended up getting it on the prime day deals. Let me tell you. The picture is so clear. I put it on the wall right where my infant optics was and it gets the entire crib which my infant optics did not. We had to pan back and fourth depending on how much he moved. The split screen is awesome and I can't wait to use it with the new baby. It has the time which our old one did not and that's very important to me. It has the temp which we love. But the quality in the picture is incredible. It has a setting that puts the sound of mute until it detects a loud noise and then kicks on the sound which you can adjust the sensitive on it. All around great monitor and we love it!

Monika: Absolutely love this monitor. I had a Vava and returned it because I was having issues nonstop. I’m so glad I got this one instead. Quality is better, range is way better, sound is good, battery life is good. I literally have no complaints. I think the temperature indicator may be off by 1-2 degrees but that doesn’t bother me. We monitor the temperature of our children’s room another way anyway

Jonathan Marsh: Great at home and when taking baby on overnighters. Closed circuit so no wifi or internet needed which is nice. The range is pretty good, reaches throughout our large house. We have also purchased a second set, instead of just add on cameras. The control unit is great, but we have dropped it a couple of times so knowing we have a back up is nice.

veronica: So I bought this product as I needed 2 cameras on April of last year, the reviews were good so I got it. the guarantee is only good for 90 days. By the End of August the camera stopped working suddenly; I thought it run of battery, but the monitor broke !! I contacted amazon and they told me that the manufacturer needed to replied to me, it took me days to contact them. Finally they replied to me by email saying that the they were over 90 days and they were not going to refund me or send me another one. I contacted amazon again to ask them for help as I bought the monitor thru them; they told me that they can't help me as this is a third party vendor -something didnt know when i got it. I asked to talked to the manager as this monitor cost me about $400 dollars. Anyways, no one really took responsability for it. I wont recommend this product at all, it is a shame as the image is great and the night vision but the quality of life of the product is terrible. the customers service as well.
I t was a waste of time dealing with this issue. save some money and time.
Eventually, I noticed that this monitor has bad reviews related to the same issue in another websites.

Tara: The monitor itself is of excellent quality - great picture, lots of settings, great cameras and battery.
HOWEVER, my parent unit is faulty and requires me to reset my preferred Vox, time, temperature etc settings every single time I turn the parent unit back on. I was in contact with the monitor company (Babysense) for several days and they were very helpful and responsive, however in the end, they told me I needed to contact the Amazon seller as it is out of their hands (they don't sell directly to Canada and I bought off of Amazon). I was 3 days past the Amazon 30 day return and this Amazon seller (Nation Central) refused to offer any help besides telling me to contact the manufacturer. Extremely unimpressed with the customer service by this seller.
