G-F-V: This is the third one of these I have bought. They work great at first but if they sit for a month or two, the O-rings rot, rending the device unusable. This one, I've been taking apart between uses and I've lightly coated the O-rings and inside of the syringe with cooking oil. I'll see if this one lasts.

Kayl: Everything youd expect. Ignore the review saying it spits air and water, that person obviously does not know how to use syringes. You ALWAYS tip it up & squirt out the air 💉 why do you think you see it done everywhere, even in movies.. Life must be hard for that guy. Anyway, 4 stars bc of ease of use, you do need a jar or bowl to fill it with water unless you unscrew the back. I dont recommend doing that often bc you dont want to lose the rubber sealing o-rings on the plunger. A simple plastic tube wouldve given the customer everything they need for easy & quick filling.

Baldo: Hands-down one of the best purchases I’ve ever made to date. Until I thought to look for this piece with the description that occurred to me I had to go to my doctor and pay an additional $40 every time as the co-pay for visit did not cover ear wax cleansing/ removal. No choice in the matter because without removing it only leads to not being able to hear out of one or both ears. I had to search for something on my own due to my doctor retiring. I went to a number of clinics that tried different tools that didn’t do the job and even damaged the inside of my ear canal. Run, don’t walk to the easiest and most efficient way to your cleansing the ear canal!! 100%!
