BT: I've now had these lights for a little over 3 years and one of the light switches recently stopped working and had to be replaced. This is not a concern for me as it's a switch that is used multiple times a day, every day. Barrina does not sell replacement power cords but their excellent customer service dept referred me to another seller on AMZN that does so I've ordered from them. Prior to reaching out to their customer service I had ordered a different set of power cords and they were nowhere near the quality of these new ones. As I continue to have a need for more lighting in my shop I will continue to use the Barrina products as they work almost flawlessly, produce great light, are easy to configure, and they have excellent customer service.

LJTLJT: Was looking for light options for our new 30x50 metal building, decided to give these a shot. Still have more to put up... but so far, extremely pleased! So easy to install and WOW... are they bright! They seem to be well built, all things considered. Lightweight, snap right in to brackets and so far have held in place just fine. I didn't use the screws that came with it, they might work alright for wood, not so much with metal. If your looking for inexpensive shop lighting, these are the ticket!

Amazon CustomerAmazon Customer: The price for these lights is great and they are very bright. I only have 4 hooked up so far out of the 10 but 4 on their own is enough to light up my 24x30 garage very well. Yes the hardwire cord is very short and useless. But I will just use the 48” wire as the hard wire cord. Very pleased with the product so far. If they last as well as they work I would buy this product again and again.

Clinton DiPierro: The lights are great, and are very bright. I found the mounting system to be excellent. People are saying these are cheap brackets, but they are not. They are appropriate for the application. They are intended to space the light a small amount from where you’re mounting to, so that air can get through and let heat escape. They are very easy to attach with a single screw. I had no problems attaching these and attaching the lights.

However, the hard wire connector is useless. it is Impossible to hardwire correctly because the hard wire attachment is too short. How are you supposed to hardwire something with the four-inch wire? There’s barely any room to get it out of the electrical box. I ended up just cutting off the plugs and wiring that directly to the box.

Also, this is 18 gauge stranded wire which seems a little inadequate, even with the low amount of power going through them.

Disappointed Prime Video Customer: Absolutely everything that was supposed to be in the box was there including an extra bracket and screw! The lights are extremely easy to install. Each fixture weighs practically nothing; two brackets per fixture using the included screws, mount solidly into sheet rock (no anchor necessary). Installed easily within a couple of hours. Everything works exactly as expected! Holy cow they’re bright! 10 four foot fixtures provide EXCEPTIONAL lighting for a standard two car garage / shop! There is no longer a dark spot anywhere in my garage! They also include a three-year warranty.

The only thing negative I could possibly even say about the lights would be that they ARE NOT diffused, the led lenses are clear. If you have a low ceiling, or you are easily bothered by LEDs, I would still recommend trying them, but be warned they could be too bright.

I would recommend these 100% to anyone who is looking to improve their garage lighting or shop lighting! Best $120 I’ve spent in a very long while!

Amazon Customer: Installed these in my 30'x30' home gym with 10' ceiling. Installation was relatively easy. The supplied brackets allow the lights to snap into the ceiling. The fit is tight but secure. For the long 8' lights I recommend at least 4 brackets. There are cables included for plugging into 110v wall outlets, connecting to existing ceiling wiring, and connecting one light unit to another light unit using c5 connectors.
The lights themselves are pretty simple. They are bright. They heat up a bit but not enough to cause concern. The are slightly diffused but I wouldn't want one directly above me if I were on my back looking up.
I wasn't finished my renovation when the lights arrived but having the standard wall connector allowed me to use many of the lights around the worksite. Bonus.
Would I get these again? Yes I would.

Karl Harnois: I ordered over 32 light strip for myself and all my family followed early on because these are incredible lighting solution. 5000K is a good temperature to get great color accuracy and comfort when working. The installation couldn't be easier (small clips with simple screws, then clip on the led strip). They are insanely BRIGHT and you have the option to use regular IEC15 plug with integrated switch or you can hardwire them. The only (small) downside I may share is that the hardwire wire provided is quite short but since you can always use the regular plug and cut it to length, this not a real issue. I used them for more than 6 months now and never experienced early failure. Oh and I forgot to mention you can piggy-back up to 5 strips together so this is another easy way to get A LOT of light very quickly and simply.

Pros:
- Very Bright
- Easy to install
- Not expensive in regards to the quality
- Can be bought in 4ft or 8ft strip
- They will probably last a long time
- not prone to early failure in case of regular on/off (compared to regular ballast/tube)
- can be hooked together (up to 5 at once)

Wasteland Warrior: bought two sets of these (10 lights each) and was so impressed, that I bought a third set a week later!... I bought them to replace the many fluorescent ones I had in my garage/workshop. I work on classic cars and so need "perfect" lighting especially when I'm doing bodywork and paint and the old style fluorescent ones just weren't cutting it anymore... I daisy chained three and four together on different circuits on the ceiling and the walls so that I could pick and choose which I needed to have on for a particular job I was doing. So each set could be easily turned on and off with the included in line switches. The connecter cables are also handy as the lights in a chain could be placed pretty much anywhere you want. Some people are complaining about the metal clips these lights come with. I had no trouble with them at all and they hold the lights very well. But even though the kit comes with three clips per light, I only installed two per light. This eliminates the need to align three clips perfectly because if you don't align all three exactly then I could see that it would cause problems as the missaligned clip would pop off easily.
