Nina Chavez: I use the bottom of a measuring cup to crush the larger crumbs into smaller bits, but over all these taste amazing and stick very well to chicken for frying. About half the canister is smaller crumbs, half kinda large crumbs. Wish the larger bits were about half the size.

Luna: Weirdest gf bread crumbs I've ever tried. Not saying they're necessarily bad... they're just weird. So large. And rock hard. I have to put them through food processor every time I use them. Can't even crush them with hands or rolling pin. I usually use them in ground meat dishes, so I need bread crumbs to be fine. They look fine in pics. But they are absolutely not! Totally misleading. ( I will try to upload some photos later. ) I thought these were like regular bread crumbs. That's what reviews say. "Oh, just like regular bread crumbs." Guess not. ( Maybe they're good for frying or baking breaded meats? Haven't tried that so I can't say anything about it. ) These are also super sticky in those ground meat recipes, too. They make meat weird consistency. I just don't know what to make of them. I will use up what I have, but doubt I will order them again.
