GanzMom: I purchased the Glass fire pit table, but when my order came it was the aluminum one. I didn’t realize it was the correct one until I was half done putting it together when it said to put the glass top on, but I didn’t have it. I notified the company (Vakollia) and they immediately emailed me back saying that they sent me the wrong product, but wanted me to send them a picture of the SKU from the box, which I did. They offered me $100 off my order to keep it or they would send me out new correct one. I really wanted the glass top to match some other glass top furniture I had, so they sent me out a new one. I asked them what they wanted me to do with the other one, and they said to just keep it, it was their mistake! So now I have 2 of them. One aluminum and one glass top. I love the glass top and it matches perfectly with my current outdoor furniture. I haven’t used it yet as it has been too hot, but can’t wait to try it out.

KimKim: I am absolutely in love with my new fire pit. The assembly was super easy, quality is great and it matches my current conversation set. I was looking for a rectangular gas fire pit with glass wind shield for a while and was super happy this also came with a cover! This is a very good deal. My German shepherds love it too :)

Laura M.: The media could not be loaded.  We were looking for a fire table that would also allow us to continue to use our outdoor space into the crisp fall days. BUT we also wanted a big space at comfortable height for us to use as a table when entertaining. Though we have not used the fire table yet, the set up was super easy (if you have a socket and a wrench instead of the Allen wrench provided) and it is easy to turn on and off. It instantly provides HEAT. I am looking forward to hanging out around this fire table on cool nights. In the meantime, we entertained for the first time since getting this table and it was so convenient. Everyone used it at one time or another, so it was a great size. (It is big)

Wendy: I was disappointed that after a month I started to have issues with the fire pit, getting it lit & getting it to hold a flame without blocks of wood to hold down the pressure nozzle.
But the company did reach out to me finally and sent out a replacement part.
It was easy enough to put in myself.
And so far so good🤞🏼.
I was pleased with the customer service and replacement but in the end I’d love to not to have any issues at all. 🤷🏼‍♀️
Hopefully I’m the only person to have problems with theirs as, I always read the reviews and no one else seems to have this issue.
