JSK: I enjoyed reading this book each day during Lent. It kept me focused & each word had a simple activity \meditation. This is a good book for couples or friends to read together & discuss the word each day. I personally liked 80% of the word choices just not all of them. Next year I will read this book again.

M. MounierM. Mounier: This little pocket size book is an encyclopedia worth of daily reflections during the Lent season. By what seems as simple as using a word, Bible verse, small reflection, and application each day; this book actually delivers a call for deep reflection, a closer relationship with Christ through his Word, and a call to a small action, based on the word of the day. I plan on repeating this book from the beginning over the summer because it's so rich and probably again for the next Lenten season! You will not regret buying this!

Barb Lang: As I was looking for something to study for Lent I saw this booklet and decided I would order it and I'm so glad that I did. It has opened for me a new look at Lent one word at a time and it has a project that you can do all day if you so decide so it keeps the lesson in your mind all day. Great Book for Lent.

Genesis college 24: I enjoyed the practical opportunities at the end of each reading. Im a believer that our growth becomes stagnant and irrelevant until it is acted/lived out. So I loved these parts. The author definitely challenges and invites you to include the secret and hard parts of your life, that you may want to leave on the shelf or cuddle, but instead bringing them along this journey and surrendering them to Christ. In return, you get a fresh new perspective and perhaps a clean slate again to restart as we embark our already motioning life. Much like an update with our phones...new abilities, some adjustments....all in all, much better than before!! Give it a try for Lent... YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!!!
