Rachelk83: This comes with such a great variety of each color. Like 10 shades of blue and 10 of red. When I purchased this I was really just wanting a better way to store and use the pencils, but when I received it and saw the variety of colors I was blown away!!! This product as a whole is beyond my expectations. The storage, the ease of use, the colors, the value for the money!! There are not enough great things to say about this. I was so excited when I first opened this that I am considering buying it as a gift for my older teenage daughters and nieces for Christmas!
As far as the performance of the pencils themselves I will update after I use them. But I initially scribbled with a few colors and was not disappointed at all!
Highly recommend these for any adult, teen, or child artist in your life, or for yourself!

It's time to get back to doing art. I haven't done anything since high school. Someone actually wanted to buy a really ugly soapstone sculpture in High School. I was too embarrassed to take any money for it and I felt bad about saying no too. I would have given it to her but my mom wanted to give my first sculpture of any kind (I think it's really ugly) to this guy she wanted me to go out with I bet he tossed it out. This was ancient history but it did give me some encouragement about whether or not I can take up sketching. I wasn't the best in m class but not the worst. I hope I can keep this up.
Oops this is a review, not a novel🤣🤪. I think the pencils whatever quality they are would help me. The green eraser is a little tough. However I was happy about the size and I am going to be a beginner. my art teacher really sucked. I went into science in college. Oops life story no one cares about again. 🥱.
I am admiring my art stuff too much to start. Excuses excuses.
I have lots of sketchbooks and watercolour paper. Maybe this will kick my butt and get me using a pencil or pen...
