C. McConnell: The size is ideal for many tasks, but I've notice that some of the clasps are not properly located, so when you seal the envelop your may have to tug at the hole to get it to fit over the clasp, or bend the clasp itself. Even then you may have to force the envelope flap over the clasp.
Note that envelopes with clasps should not be fed through a printer. Others of a similar size and configuration feed perfectly through my inkjet printer.

Simon: Decent quality envelopes with some cosmetic damage on all due to the clasp. Good pricing as long as you do not mind the slight imperfection.

GregoryGregory: These envelopes are a good weight, and scene to be fairly durable. I especially like the metal tab closers, they are great for circulating documents securely without having to use the gum seal.

Rutha: The clasps are the quality one would expect for this economical price.
Don't put these through the postage machine!
And, although clasps do close for purposes of privacy and re-usability, they are flimsy and really only token function.
I'd invest in the more expensive better quality envelopes next time.
