I bought two sets- one for each of my bathrooms. I had no trouble installing any of it other than the hidden screws are SO tiny, and the tool is awkward against the wall. (I have long nails which really got in the way also) For some reason the second toilet paper holder will NOT stay on. I have tried everything. Removing, creating new holes, new anchors, different screws, flipping the hidden screw side to the top instead of the bottom- nothing is working! I am so frustrated. My teenage son said he thinks the wall isn’t flat- but now I have an even bigger problem, the hidden screw fell out when I was messing with it and I’ve lost it! I need a spare. And this all feels like it’s way too much work, considering I had no trouble with any of the others.
Overall it made both bathrooms look more modern and I really like them. I’d suggest laying a towel underneath where you’re working, just in case you drop the hidden screw like I did
