cg77: These are warm due to the high wool content (80%) but easy to launder. I put them in a mesh zippered laundry back so none go MIA into the dryer. I have only air dried them so far. They are very thick but dry faster than I expected. I bought a 2nd set so I can get through the week before laundry day & still have warm feet. My preference probably would have been a set of all black for work & an all brown or all blue for casual but these are dark enough that only the 1 brown pair wouldn't go with my work clothes. So I'm way more happy that they are warm. At this price I extremely happy as is.

Kay O: The socks came packaged very nicely in a cardboard box with information included. I thought at first that they would be too thick to wear comfortably in my tennis shoes, but they are fine. They add some cushioning and are very comfortable. They are not scratchy, but they are not totally soft such as a finer thread wool would be.
