SamD: So I normally don't write reviews but this has to be noted. Do not get this if you plan on changing the battery ever. You also need a microscope to see the screws that need to come off to replace the battery. I got 2/4 screws needed to come off but the other 2 are giving me hell and it really makes me want to throw these lights away. I'll keep working on it but that alone makes me not recommend this item. Very hard to replace battery and it takes a CR2032. Get yourself a USB one instead.

A. Spengler: We have 4 cocker spaniels and frequently keep other dogs when friends are away. These little lights do a decent job of clipping onto a leash - though we add a velcro wrap to keep them on as when two leashes slide along one another it easily pops the light off. This is the second set of these we've bought. They're super handy.

MuddyBarnacles: I use these on my dogs when we go hiking when it's getting dark outside. Right now I attach one to their harness or collar and they don't seem to be bothered by it. I like the different lighting settings and different colors because a different color goes on each dog and I know which one is which if they are ahead of me. This is the first time I've bought something like this and so far am pretty happy with it. Not sure about battery life...using periodically for dog walks so I would expect them to work for awhile as long as not damaged or left on.

Jack W. Defluiter: I connect one of these to my dogs collar when I run him and they are highly visible which makes me feel safer for him. On one of our roads I occasionally use at night there are a few turns that make me a bit nervous but I have started using the flashing red ones on my dash and these little puppies put out a good distance and people slow down quickly. I love it. I only gave the battery four stars because I don't know how long they last yet. I use the blue one on his collar at night and its funny how people respond to the blue flashing lights. Also the pkg came quickly. I will reorder again.

Ann: UPDATE 4/19: I originally gave these lights a 1 star review (see below), however I was contacted by the seller who apologized and bent over backwards to make it right for me. I was given a refund AND new lights. I am EXTREMELY happy and will definitely buy from this seller again. They are the epitome of true customer service..
Tried to give this a no star, but HAD to give it one. I received this in January and hooked to my dog’s harness because we walk very early in the morning when it is still dark. Worked fantastically until a few days ago. I went painstakingly took the very little screws out to get to the batteries, replaced with brand new batteries and now nothing. And the return window expired in February (remember it was received in January). DEFINITELY do not recommend and I will not buy this product or any other product from this manufacturer or seller again.
