Comments

Shawn Knapp: These aren’t the most durable tubes I’ve used, but they fit well and as long as I can keep out of the goat-heads they are great.

Synonymous: Already installed one as I pinched the original while installing a new tire.
Be warned that the valve is quite long so check the size you need before ordering.
It makes no difference in performance but if you're OCD definitely check what you want first.
Comes with washer, nut and cap.
Recommended.

Michael Masayda Jr.: very heavy tube. but you get what you pay for. they work great!

Barclayholmes: The 29X2.4 to 2.6 tube weighs 365 grams, about 100 grams heavier than Continental or Maxxis tubes that I have tried in this size. If you prefer durability /flat protection over weight savings, these might be for you.

Danielle J Murphy: I ordered a set of these tubes and I struggled with them all going flat (all 4). After the first 2 went flat I even changed out one of my tires and the next 2 also went flat shortly after. I was upset and contacted the seller to complain and ask for a refund. Eric promptly responded to me and offered a refund without any questions asked. He even went above and beyond and offered me another set of tubes at no charge just to give them another try. I accepted, and the new batch of tubes are working great - first 2 are good and not flat, and the other 2 are waiting as spares. Thanks to Eric and Velo Tubes for exemplary customer service and a good product at a good value!!

AJ2842: I ordered these after reading the variety of negative review. How hard can it be to make innertubes? Presta valve tubes for MTBs can get very expensive, very quickly, yet most of us don't really use the bikes the way they're designed to be used: offroad, high-impact, serious dirt.

Let's be clear, I'm not a bike expert. Yes, these days I'm a bit more educated, since I've been rehabbing Craigslist mountain bikes for my kids instead of buying new bikes. But I'm not a bike mechanic (as so many reviewers claim) and I certainly don't know innertube details.

But I picked up a pair of better quality wheels for my Trek 8500, and they require presta valves. So, now I need at least 2, but preferably 3 innertubes. So this looked like a great deal! $5 / tube is what Walmart charges for basic Bell 26x1.95 Schroeder valve tubes, but they don't carry presta valves... So, I decided to take a chance.

I did NOT inflate the tubes outside the tires like the one reviewer did. Who does that, anyway? Who cares whether they have minor imperfections-- the tire holds the damn thing in place anyway?

I simply put the tubes in the tires, installed the tires on the rims, and inflated...
