biancabianca: The set contains two larger sizes for BBQ, and two smaller sizes for regular kitchen use. I mainly use the small ones for baking/pastries, and for marinating meat. They do a decent job. Cleaning is not bad. Just need to get between the teeth and make sure grease won't trap inside. My main problem with them is that no matter how I clean them (I tried hot water, cold water, dishwasher, hand wash, with detergent and without), they do leave some stains behind. I am not sure it is because the water in our area is hard water. I just cannot get the stain to go away. They work well just don't look clean. Too bad.
