Jen Robicheau: I have absolutely no doubt this product will perform well. It is solidly built, and has an activated charcoal bed 1 1/2 inches thick, 14 inches long, wrapped around a 4 inch diameter mesh. I bet it would absorb the vapors from 5 gallons of gas. It looks good too, chrome finish, and comes with a fleece wrap and two nylon cinch straps. I really mean it, this is impressive.

Buzz: Great filter. This is my first grow and first time using a charcoal filter and I must say I'm impressed. The pungent smell coming from my grow was coming up from the basement into my master bathroom and this thing took care of that completely, overnight. I have this in a 48" x 48" x 80" grow tent with a 4" 200 CFM inline fan. I highly recommend. I'll post some pics soon.

Brian: I have a 2 x 4 tent and it didn't remove all the smell. It was laying on its side on top of the tent, so I thought I would stand it on end... it got a little better but still not good. I turned the fan on high and felt around the filter and it was clearly flowing more air at the ends, so I used 1 strip of duct tape around both ends and it now works PERFECTLY. I'm guessing the carbon is packed looser on the ends, so blocking the ends force the air more to the middle. I'm HAPPY! :)

Hundley's: I installed this carbon filter to help eleminate some of the odor from growing cannabis, especially in the later stages of flowering. I installed this filter when I had 4 ripe plants about 6 weeks into flower and the effects were immediately noticable. The smell has been entirely removed from my grow area (when the tents are closed). I've had this installed for over 3 months now and haven't had an issue yet.
