Jared Johnson: We heard about this product when a local ice-cream shop started using it as a mix-in. We went home, found it on amazon and now we buy it regularly. It is a super smooth peanut butter more like a sauce then a spreadable product. it is 100% Reese's flavor and great value for cost vs quantity. We will always have some in our home and you should too.

Brandon Sterling: First I'll say this, everyone's opinion and taste buds are different. I love it and its very much peanut buttery, but more liquefied and perfect for things like ice cream and other sweet treats like frozen yogurt, or oatmeal, or a cake, or cookies, or whatever you want. But its just as great for PB&J as it's much easier and smoother to spread on bread. It does have a Reese's taste too it and that's what makes it addictive to someone like myself because I crave Reese's, but it's not entirely oozing with Reese's flavor, in my opinion. To me it doesn't taste like you're eating the peanut buttery filling of a Reese's Peanut Butter Cup. I wish it did though. That's not meant to be negative. That's just my opinion, only to make it clear for others who might be curious and reading the reviews to determine if they should buy it or not. You can't go off of someone else's taste buds and how they like something. You just have to take that leap of faith and find out yourself... or not. Either way I love it and about to order another, because big Rees'es flavor or not, it's just as addictive and I'm already running out.

Dennis A.: My husband bought this sauce because I was a little sceptical about the taste. He invisioned making his own sundaes that would taste like the peanut butter cup sundaes we used to eat from Friendly's restaurants in our area, before they closed their doors. They were absolutely great sundaes. The day that this sauce came we made peanut butter cup sundaes for our supper. I have to admit, they tasted exactly like the Friendly's peanut butter cup sundaes! So.....good ! I read the jars suggestions and it said to use at room temperature. But it also said that the flavor will hold better if refrigerated. So I scooped some out into a smallish air tight container for on top of the counter and refrigerated the rest in the jar. My husband loves it so much that he eats spoonfuls of it!! LoL!! I should have known that Reese's would know peanut butter and chocolate! This is our recipe for our peanut butter cup sundaes: a good amount of good chocolate ice cream (depending on how hungry you are), about a cup and a half, 2 large tablespoons Reese's peanut butter sauce, Spanish peanuts and a big squirt of dairy whipped cream. Then settle back and prepare to eat the best sundae that you possibly have...

S. Weiss: You get a lot for your money with this jar of peanut sauce. It's pourable, not spreadable, and makes a great ice-cream topping. If mixed with ground red chili pepper or hot sauce it can be used for Thai peanut dipping sauce. Its on the salty side, not sweet. There is some oil separation but it blends in easily with a good stir.
