KBKB: Great cat tree! Easy to assemble, bottom condo is roomy enough for a 15.5 lb cat to fit in and lounge. Seems sturdy enough for a larger cat as well on the levels, even when smaller cats are on at the same time. Has decent weight to it, I've had no issues with tipping. I did remove the tunnel, I felt the openess would be better for my cats. I plan to wrap the tunnel and give it to my bunny to use so win win. This is the first piece of cat furniture all my cats actually use! Very soft material. I can see the material being easily torn apart if cut or scratched up. It's so light and comes out like feathers...I noticed this while cutting the fabric off the tunnel so my bunny did not ingest it. Overall great price and quality and perfect size!

Brenda WrightBrenda Wright: Great product, my boy LOVES IT. I do however have one small complaint. It's a little unstable for larger cats. My cat is about 10lbs, and when he tries to climb it from the front he tends to knock the whole thing over. My solution was to put some duct tape to the bottom and stick it to the floor. As you can see he can get on the top just fine now. Really easy to put together, 5/5 stars. Worth it for the price.

Emily A Turner: I had problems putting this thing together because the instructions did not indicate where to start first, top down is the best approach. Also, the threaded part of the screw within the tunnel was not flush with the inside. My husband had to hammer it flush.

My cats are pretty big...as in long. So, neither fit in the tunnel. The scratching post is too short for them to use. This post is best for kittens or very small breeds of cat.

They have used it in play to sneak up on each other because the base is big enough for them to get into. My female cat sat at the top and swiped stockings off the wall. They enjoy it, but I feel it isn't big enough for them.

Wendy: I ordered this cat tree for my little one as it was the perfect height. It came in a timely manner , when it arrived I was not happy with its construction and was unable to screw the tube in. It was my first return and I received full credit for the purchase. . I thought I put up a review, nothing horrible just truthful or I sent feedback to the seller. **UPDATE** I was SHOCKED when I received an email from the company. They were upset that I was displeased with my purchase and truly concerned. They insisted on sending a new tree. So, today a Brand New Cat tree arrived!! Thank you Winnie from customer service , it went together just fine and my little girl has already tried it out. This time I had no problem with the assembly and everything seems solid. I am sure she will enjoy watching the world from her new tree. I cant say enough about how this seller took care of us. Thank you, I would definitely recommend this tree. Its not often that businesses care about the consumers , well this one does. My kitty gives this one a paws up and a happy meow.

Hannah N.Hannah N.: Smaller than it looks. As someone with an exotic mix breed 22 lb. cat, I’m not getting any use out of this product.

Update: Vender was very apologetic and reached out as soon as I reviewed this to make amends. They tried everything they could to make things right but unfortunately my cat is just too big for their products. However, for any standard size cat or kitten I would totally recommend this cat tree. It was easy to put together and looks pretty nice too.
