I’m a regular purchaser of bagged salads, as I adore the many different flavors and textures of the ingredients in each kit.
That said, I’ve tried many different brands and flavors - and price points.
The 365 brand has been consistently fresh and tasty - but HOLY SOUTHWESTERN DELICIOUSNESS, is this one a winner!
In fact, it’s blown the doors off of the Asian Inspired kit - which makes my heart sing.
The cilantro dressing has a lively tang and is NOT overpowering. Even using the *entire* packet provides a light and gentle coat to the ingredients, leaving them tasty and crispy - not a heavy slop of lettuce soup.
The pepitas are toasty and nutty, and the tortilla strips are crispy crunchy color pops.
Each element combines to create a restaurant-worthy dish that is perfect for packing on a picnic (it would slay at a BBQ!), a girl’s luncheon and a glass of moscato, or just a nice dinner at home!
So nummy. So perfect. So NEW favorite.

elbee: This is a fantastic salad on its own, or a great base for adding things like tomato, cucumber, arugula, peppers and cheese. The dressing is really delicious. Perfect summer cool down. We end up eating about a bag per person because people go back for more. I only wish it had less plastic or at least recyclable plastic.
