Raymond DeAncona: I purchased these for mask making - specifically plague doctor mask. The lenses are clear and easy to fit into the projects I have in mind. (more plague doctor masks as well as steam punk goggles) Sturdy enough for my purpose - costume making. Be careful removing the protective film - for me this was not an issue, as I only use the inner 2 inch diameter so could scratch the outside rim of the lens.

Kevin C: These are great right out of the box, plastic film on one side. But... I was able to scratch the unprotected surface with my thumbnail. Literally. And forget about cleaning it off with a paper towel. However, if you're going to engrave it and then coat it it's a great product. I used both a laser and a CNC, handled it carefully and sprayed it and it did exactly what I wanted it to.
