Lori: For three hats which are great quality, this is a great price. We are Florida residents. My sis has had multiple surgeries to remove small skin cancers on her face. She loves the hats.

EF: I have a full head of hair, so I'm not having the same issue that some are with getting sunburned through the top. The style I got also isn't mesh all the way through the top, but instead has a mesh lining beneath a thin, lightweight fabric. I am outside all day as a PE teacher (in Las Vegas, where most days I feel like I could melt directly onto the pavement), and these have been a lifesaver. My baseball cap wasn't cutting it, but I haven't gotten burned on my face or neck since I made the switch to these.

NJshopkinsNJshopkins: Initially intended this as a garden hat - which it will still be used for - but discovered that it was so comfortable to wear while hiking and did a great job shading my face from the sun. Great in the rain too. The ponytail hole is key to keeping the hat from feeling tight and I wish more bucket style hats did this. The price 3 for under $30 can not be beat so I can keep a hat in my car, in the garage and and in my backpack and not concern myself with keeping track of where it is. The sizing is a little inconsistent but you can’t expect perfection at this price point. Thinking about buying more and giving them as gifts to the women I know who like to garden and hike/walk.
