Parents of 3 young boys: This is, hands down, THE BEST fish fry for the money. Simply rinse fish (we use walleye in NW PA) and shake in this mix. Very simple and turns out awesome every time. Very slight hint of heat-- not much at all. This is not a thick "beer batter" by any means.

Arthur Carson: This cajun coating mix is great.Coats fish perfectly without clumping, fries up crispy and leaves your fish nice and moist inside.Spice is great the way it is ,but you can add your choice of pepper spice etc to suit your taste.

Jim: I've used this several times now for frog legs. This stuff is a little spicey so keep that in mind if you're not into spicey stuff. Man, is it good though. I usually use almond milk instead of eggs or regular milk, seems to work better and doesn't cause the bredding to clump up.
