BBK74: I love using these chips as a healthier alternative to regular sugar chips. The mini size and dark chocolate, for some reason, makes the cookie more enjoyable to me. I also replace the 2 1/4 C white flour called for in the recipe with 1 1/4 C almond flour, 1/2 C carbulose flour and 1/2 cup white flour for less carbs (plus toasted almonds from Costco!). I am glad I did not read the reviews about other shipments arriving melted because that would have discouraged me from ordering them as I can buy them at the local health food store (just a bit more expensive). I am ordering some more and hope they arrive in chip form!
