Little Darla: Been using downy April fresh for most of the 60 years of my life. While I have allergies/sensitive skin, this doesn’t typically bother me. The formula has changed over the years and have had to switch to downy free at times, but missed the fresh scent. now with my new washer that dispenses more evenly. I can use it again in small quantities. The packaging is wonderful. Not bulky, light weight, and better for the environment.

Tonia Carroll: I like Downey, always have. The only thing that I do notice is when I use my Downey ball it doesn't rinse all the softener out. I see a light blue on my clothes and have to rinse again in the washer. But I noticed that long before I order it online. I just put the liquid softener in at the beginning and everything comes out fine. I prefer the cotton scented one because it's white and not blue. But either way it works.
