DH SorlieDH Sorlie: I like this product so well I'm willing to write a review. My spice drawer is 9.9ish x 19-inches and less than 4 inches in height. I had previously laid my spices horizontally in two layers and it was always a pain to dig through to find the ones I needed, and keeping them alphabetized was nearly impossible. It was hard to find spice jars less than 4-inches tall, but these did the trick nicely. They will hold around 1.5 oz. of most spices if you CAREFULLY tamp them down. I utilized the same trick I saw another reviewer do by going four across from front to back for nine rows, angling two jars as a 10th row, and then ending with a cantilevered single row from back to front (ending with the non-spice Toothpicks). I was able to get 46 jars in without them being jammed in there too tight. I considered a square spice jar that was 2.1 inches wide but figured I could get more in with the round 1.9-inch ones. The package comes with choices of small-hole shakers, large-hole shakers, and open tops for measuring spoons. My only suggestion would be to have the lids be screw-on flip-tops with shaker holes like most spice jars..flip the top to shake to dispense the spice or unscrew to use a...

MHH: Ich habe hier aufgrund einer traditionellen US-Firma die Gläser mit großer Vorfreude gekauft. Beim Öffnen: 4 Gläser haben scharfe Glasbeschädigungen, 7 Gläser stehen nicht plan auf ebener Fläche. Die Deckel sind nicht wirklich dicht, so dass Gewürze schnell das Aroma verlieren. Die Streuaufsätze sind ebenfalls nicht wirklich fest, so dass beim Würzen vermutlich ein Herausfallen der Gewürze denkbar ist. Ich habe daher die Sendung storniert.

Ich hatte 4 Sets dieser Gewürzgläser bestellt. Jetzt ist auch die 2. Lieferung eingetroffen: auch hier stelle ich dieselben Probleme wie oben fest, nur dass weniger Gläser direkt beschädigt sind. Ich merke deutlich, dass die Gläser von sehr schlechter Verarbeitung sind und Glas ist ja auch nicht gleich Glas.
Solch schlechte Qualität der Gläser habe ich bisher noch von keiner Gewürzfirma aus den Supermärkten, Biomärkten bekommen. Dort waren es immer Gläser mit klarer Sicht und irgendwie auch von festerer Verarbeitung. Bei diesen Gläsern habe ich eher den Eindruck, dass sie schnell zerbrechlich sind.

ElziElzi: Overall I am happy with purchase of these 3 oz jars. I bought 3 packs of 18 as the drawer I wanted to use for my spices would be able to hold 45 and wanted a few extras in case of mishaps.

Very impressed by packaging, all divided and held tight by a dicut styrofoam slab. Even still, 1 did arrive broken. Again I was ok with ordering more than I needed in case of this exact scenario. It's glass.
Not a matter of if it breaks but WHEN it breaks.

Dimensions/fit: With lid these measure 2 inch wide/diameter x 2 7/8 inch tall. (I would allow for 2 & 1/16 or 2 & 1/8 space for diameter and 3 or 3 & 1/16 space allowance for height)
I was hoping to have 5 jars across the width of my drawer and still be able to close the drawer.
The dimensions for the jar by itself without the lid (1 7/8 inch wide/diameter x 2 3/4 inch tall) did fit as I expected. However, again see pic attached, the lid is ever so slightly wider and because of this they do not fit in my drawer as intended after all. Not really sure how I got confused or turned around as the 2" width given in description wouldn't have fit to begin with.

VICKY DIAMONDVICKY DIAMOND: I love these spice jars. They are just the right size for my spices and the labels are good. I just wish you can buy the Allspice Wooden spice racks without jars and at a much cheaper price then the horrendous price tag on Amazon. I wish I could get a rotating spice jar holder to hold these larger spice jars.
