Melody Byrd: My cat for some crazy reason fell in love with a Gatoraid box from Costco. My husband hated that box in the kitchen but I would not let him throw it away because it was my kitty's favorite place in the kitchen. Then I found this box. She loves it and my husband likes that it is not a piece of trash in the middle of the kitchen. I don't know if that is saying much but at least everyone is happy.

M: I actually got this to use as refills for a wooden box I already had. The inserts are a bit thin but it works okay as it keeps the pad lower in the box and therefore keeps the little shreds of cardboard in the box also, instead of all over the living room. Should last a while for the price.

molly73: I love that when the cats claw this it keeps the little cardboard pieces in the box and not all over the floor! I simply sweep it out with the vacuum or take it outside and shake it out. Comes with refills that you can even flip and use on the other side! This is a great value and my cats even love sleeping in it. I have 3 cats and they all approve.

mags: When I saw the price for the amount of scratchers, I thought this was a great deal. I ordered three 3 packs of scratchers, so nine in total. Someone--either the seller or Amazon--did not follow this train of thought. When it came in, I only got one 3 pack. It happens; I reported the error to Amazon and waited for the other two to show up. Amazon sent me an additional 3 pack--so now I had six. I contacted BN Beauty (the seller) and they told me to contact Amazon about the missing item (which wasn't an option). They did end up fulfilling the third 3 pack so now I have all nine--but I'm unsure if I want to do business with them again given the difficulty in fulfilling the item. The scratchers themselves are great, but there's some communications errors going on behind the scenes.
