Abby: Easy to put together, works exactly as described. A little narrow for my liking but does the job holding my AC exhaust hose in this hot weather.

William Harten: The Product was delivered May,11/2022 at 1:11p,m after being late arriving by 15 days but it did arrive and it should work well with a little trimming as my window is a peculiar size.
I would recommend the product to others as it is the challenging times is the reason the product was late being delivered. Under normal conditions, the product should be delivered in a timely fashion.

V. N. Kaller: It was really hard to find this companion part to my older hand me down A/C. It took a while to arrive, but it's exactly what I asked for. It keeps the exhaust hose for my A/C in place. It was easy to install. It stays where it's supposed to once you adjust it to the size of your window. Definitely measure your window before ordering!

One thing it does not do is create a seal to keep the outside out. However this was not advertised. Just be aware of that.

Msaa: Item was a described…. Sturdy, easy to install, and dimensions were a plus to ensure it worked for me. The included wing nut ensures the plates stay in place against the window. Direction for wing nut installation could have been a little clear. (Picture of the wing nut installed) My window was smaller, so I use a jig saw to cut the inside portion of the adjustable plate. Fits perfect. Highly recommend.

starfishstarfish: I have LG PORTABLE AC LP0910WNR.
Installing it to vertically opening window width of 28.5". Minimum extension of this product without covering the opening was longer so I had to cut 3.5" of the extension part to fit in my window. I wish this product was wider as it needs to accommodate 5.9" circumference tube. For now I used the packing material from this order to compensate the lacking width. Also, the oval opening to connect the tube was slightly longer than the tube connector by 0.5" lengthwise (heightwise fits perfect). I taped it to seal the gap. There is gap in between the shut window and extension partas well.
