1revuer: Bought primarily for cleaning out my pool skimmers during the winter so that my hands don't freeze. It is summer, but I believe that it will provide enough insulation. I also bought to protect my hands from handling the chlorine tablets and thorny leaves. They are waterproof and the hand portion is thick and seems durable. Hopefully when I have thorny leaves to clean out, they won't get punctured. Smaller leaves are a little difficult to grab as the gloves are not tight fitting on me. These are 27.5 inches long from finger tip to elastic band.

Penny LindowPenny Lindow: It completely covers your arm. I submerged my arm with the glove on in my aquarium. My hand and arm stayed dry. Elastic was a little tight on top. Definitely stays in place. Thank you!

Gayatri M.: These gloves are actually great. I do a lot of pruning of roses, and I have been stabbed by the thorns on many occasions, but after wearing these gloves, they have protected my fingers, arms and hands. In hot weather, you do tend to sweat a little bit in the arms because of the material, but it’s probably better than being pricked by thorns. I do recommend these gloves as they protect more than just your hands. Well made.
