phil7782.: Friend complained that her existing cup had a screw on lid that was hard to put on and take off. This was a gift and she really likes it as she can easily carry it on her group walks, the lid is easy to manage and it doesn't leak.

TravelingRebel: This is the third Reduce brand mug I've purchased. They have very high quality, with great designs! The mugs keep things hot or cold for a long period of time. I like this size of mug as I can hold it easily without it having a handle on it. It looks stylish and luxurious. The lid is secure and keeps liquid inside. I'd recommend this mug, and any of their other mugs too. I'll be buying more in the future.

CalJayhawk: Don't think I've ever written an Amazon review before but this cup is great and the lid is even better as, not only does it allow you the multiple options, you can also shake it firmly with the straw in (if you're mixing something) and it still doesn't leak. That said, be aware that the sealant around the lid is able to be removed and put back on. We weren't aware of this and thought it had just quickly worn out. Thankfully, their customer service agent was awesome and replaced our lid very quickly. Much thanks, Katie! Will be purchasing more.

Jorge L.Jorge L.: Me gusta que si mantiene el frio, el calor no lo he probado.. la tapa está masomenos por que no es a prueba de derrames asà que no recomiendo traerlo en la mochila o asÃ, las calcomanÃas si dejan manchas. Lo que si está muy mal es el embalaje que no sé de quien sea responsabilidad, supongo que de amazon ya que llegó golpeado y abollado de abajo. A ver como va con el paso del tiempo.
