lasetnicolelasetnicole: I would’ve given a 5 star rating these toppers are very nice. I could not because I ordered a package of 24 for a cupcake order and when received there was one
missing (the orange fish guy) and one of the toppers was missing it’s head and it wasn’t even in the package so I could tape it on so I am only able to use 22 toppers. I just wanted to leave this warning for future customers. This may have been a one time fluke but I know when I ordered them it was a last minute order and I cannot order another to replace so this may be helpful for future customers to keep in mind.
