Jen: Adjustable Velcro is fantastic with this to have a secure fit every time and velcros in three spots also. Has dramatically improved my quality of sleep. Have to put this on and not use your phone while laying down otherwise it digs into your arm

Bee: It's okay, but too big. It seems like it was made for bigger hands. I'll probably keep it because it's too much hassle to return it and I technically can still use it if needed, but I found another brand that offered size options and the fit is much better.

GoPlaces: I bought one of these (one for each hand), and it has massively helped with my carpal tunnel in terms of not having pain in my hands when I wake up in the morning. It keeps my hands well stabilized so that I don't end up laying on and crushing my hand while it's bent in a weird position. My only complaint about this is that it gets really stinky really fast. Not sure if it's the smell of the beads, but I wash it often, but the smell doesn't come out easily where the beads are. I wish there was something that could be done to decrease the weird sweaty smell coming from the bead section.

Donna: The media could not be loaded. I think I have developed carpal tunnel syndrome in both my hands. My Dr recommend wrist supports and suggested I try that first before surgery. He said to use them at least a month while sleeping. I bought braces at a local discount store. They were very stiff and I was wearing them 24/7. Then I saw these and they were more like ones I had used many years ago. I had liked them much better so I ordered them.
I do like them especially for sleeping. I am a short person and these are longer than the ones I had before. The metal piece works it’s way part way out of the top of the brace. I think this is because they’re too long for me. The pad inside took a little getting used to but I like it now. The stiffer ones I bought first have loosened up and are shorter. I wear the ones I am reviewing at night and the other ones during the day.

AlwaysShopping: I've had this brace for a month now and I can definitely say that I hit the jackpot with this purchase. Especially considering this was the first time I've purchased one. I'd been dealing with carpal for some years before I sought medical attention. After diagnosis, I was told I needed a brace. There are so many, I had no idea which was best. After reading the reviews, I was a little mixed about this one, but decided to take the chance.
First, I only sleep with it, but noticed an immediate improvement the first wear. Previously, because of the tingling and numbness, I couldn't sleep/lay long periods on my side that has the carpal hand. Well, I can now. As a matter of fact, I sleep good now. This brace has definitely made an improvement. The tingling and numbness aren't nearly as bad as before. About a 70-80% improvement out the door. The brace is very comfortable, easy on/off and is for either hand. The little bean bag that rests in the palm of your hand is definitely a plus and makes the brace have a more comfortable, secure fit. (I wouldn't want a brace that didn't have it.) And the velcro has been holding up well, no issues. Metal bar is no issue.
