Glenn Kawasaki: I decided that I should get more selenium, supposedly good for kidneys. Two Brazil nuts have the recommended amount of selenium. Should not eat more than three nuts per day due to potential selenium toxicity. Darn, they taste so good. One bag will last a long time @ two nuts per day.
