TAM: The design is good for arms, knees, etc. But, I purchased this for the neck specifically. The strap, while nice and stretchy, is far too wide to use comfortably around the neck. It digs in to the chin/face/ears and makes it hard to move while wearing. The ice pack is very flexible once on your skin for a few minutes. It ices the area very well. Like I said, the strap is too wide for those with smaller necks, I think. I am still glad I bought it because it will be great for my knee or shoulder. I have wrapped it around my heel/ankle area for bone pain and it it worked well. I will try it for my back next.
Think about making another one with a strap that is less wide (the ice pack is a perfect size) and I think it would be perfect for the neck.

Deanna: This wrap is so versatile and so helpful to healing if you should need an ice pack in a hard to hold area. I was recently injured on my upper thigh, on the side area. This wrap made my life so much easier so I could put the ice pack in the wrap and put it on my upper thigh while I was able to fold clothes or do the dishes and not have to be stuck holding the ice pack. It actually boosted my confidence with healing and I'm grateful that they made the stretchy cloth really nice and the velcro nice and strong.

Vanessasgram: In the freezer--these got hard as a rock and can't be bent or moved into shape around an ankle etc.
They are NOT what I expected and I do not like them.
Would not recommend them. I have one gel pack that stays soft and it is ever so much more useful and helpfull!
UPDATE: 11/2023-----This company is REALLY Special and reached out to me to see if they could help m with my issue! The have done it and I would buy from them again IF they had one that stayed soft after freezing.

Timothy Robertson: I got this for reducing swelling from bruising and I am not disappointed. The versatility of wrapping it along many parts of the body, head, neck arms, legs, anywhere with the strap you just keep it as loose as needed or comfortably wrap it in place. The pouch is made, so you never have to worry about misplacing it. (I have bought numerous hot/cold packs based on that alone. It's an excellent purchase.

Frank S: Worked well for both hot and cold. Quick to heat up in microwave but only warm for 10 to 15 minutes. Cold was good but not very pliable for wrapping around ankle or wrist.
