robersilv: I bought this tire valve core remover to use on my propane tanks. The propane tank when empty needs the schrader valve removed so the empty tank can be disposed of. This device did not work initially. I drilled he hole for the valve core stem deeper on my drill press and then it worked. You decide if that is something you might need to do or not. The device would probably work fine for bicycle tires.

JB: I've been mounting tires for 31 years, never had a problem removing valve cores until TPMS sensors came out(galvanic corrosion of dissimilar metals?). The tool I always used would break one of the little nubs off when trying to remove stubborn cores. I just fought a stubborn core with this tool and the tool won.

Brasilbob: I've finally had a chance to put these to use, as I have been swapping around a bunch of tires on several bikes. They are the easiest tool of their kind that I have ever used. All of the other ones I have tried have been oddly shaped and hard to use. These fit nicely into the nipple on the tire, and their shape makes them very easy spin quickly, even when working around bike tires with spokes in the way. These definitely have a permanent place in my car, and in my emergency bike repair kit.

C. Destroyer: Worked perfect for taking out the valve cores on my old R12 A/C on my car so I can retrofit it for R134a. The build quality is solid, and I plan on having these for a long time.

Daboniel: I got it for the simplicity. It spins fast because it is slim. It doesn't give out eventually like the ones with torqueing. It is long enough that I can draw it out of my shirt pocket without digging. Holding up like it was still new.
