DonR: I have a Weber Genesis gas grill. These heat reflector grates are very good. They are made from substantial ridged steel, and fit my grill perfectly. Great replacement part.

Badbugs: These deflectors fit my Weber Genesis 320 perfectly. They felt quite substantial and seemed to improve the temperature in the BBQ. I have only had them for a couple of weeks, but I believe they will outlast the BBQ.

blue_cheese: Original Weber heat deflectors are porcelain enamel and were rusted out after ~6 years, these are nice thick stainless steel and fit perfectly on Weber CEP330
