Amirhesam: This product serves as an ideal replacement for my outdated splash guard. However, it's worth noting that water drainage may be less efficient when there's food debris or sediment present. To ensure smooth operation, it's necessary to apply slight pressure before activating the garbage disposer. I anticipate that with some wear and tear, the sink will achieve optimal drainage performance. Despite this initial adjustment, I would certainly make the same purchase again.

C. Lopata: My old rubber drain guard started not allowing food down, and the disposal side was always slow to drain. Since our sink is about 9 years old now, I decided to replace the rubber gasket and see if that fixed it. It did! Thick, quality replacement that fits snugly in the drain .

Annie: I replaced my original Waste King baffle with one of these. Food gets into the disposal easier than with the original; I don't have to risk my fingertips shoving stuff through the baffle; a little direct stream from the faucet does the job. It's not as stiff (which is good). Easy to remove to clean.
