valentino wisdom angel: I like these a lot, i bought another one that is usb rechargeable battery,but it is not as bright or good in other ways then this kind, this kind is really bright n light up the area real good, i use it camping in forest n it lights up the dark forest in your area real good, the red light is really good as well to have if you want to keep a lower awareness where you are at, i camp in city limits n other areas at times where the law says you cant, if i use the regular lights it is really bright n it will give away my camp spot more when people are traveling by, if i dont have to worry about travelers then i use the regular lights, can easily see if animals are around with regular light
One thing that was wrong with mine is-
This one has 2 buttons for different lights, 1 button it has like 2 or 3 different modes for regular lights n no red mode on this button,
but when you use this button if you move it around to much, especially shaking it, the light turns off at times without hitting the button, but the blue lights showing how much charge it has with 4 different small circle blue lights stay on, i think it will stay turned on with no light shining until you hit the button...

AYESHA: La lampara es pequeña por lo que pense que hiba alumbrar poco pero al momento que la probaron les gusto mucho ya que aunque no especificamente es de 1000 lumenes, alumbra mas que otras que hemos comprado y mas caras.
En general lo recomiendo y aparte nos llego mucho antes

Patrick Perdu: Excellent head lamp for the price.

The lamp is powerful, including the red which is very useful.

I won't need all eight modes of operation but I can see how they can be useful.
For the records: two buttons on top, each cycling through its own list of modes. pressing a button when in a mode of the other switches to the first mode of the list of the button pressed.
Right button
1 - White spot light, powerful
2 - White spot light, dimmer
3 - White flood light, powerful
4 - White flood light, dimmer
5 - Red flood light, powerful
6 - Red flood light, powerful and blinking
Left button: the light is switched on or off based on a proximity sensor, probably IR
7 - White spot light, powerful - controlled by sensor
8 - White spot light, dimmer - controlled by sensor
When in mode 7 or 8 there is a green LED on the right side of the lamp to indicate you are in one of the sensor controlled modes.
When charging (simple usual micro USB cable and 5V) or power on, the lamps displays its battery level on four blue LEDs on the left of the lamp.

What I use the most:
Mostly the red flood light as it allows me hiking at night without killing...
