Samantha: My son had a pirate themed day at school and these were perfect. The tie on the side makes it adjustable to fit just about any size head and it was good quality. The eyepatch is soft bur durable and isn't irritating. I expected to pay this price for just one, but we got 2. Now he keeps one at our house and the other at my parents in case he feels like dressing up. Definitely worth it!

Garrett: These hats were specifically purchased for Disney Cruise Line's world-famous Pirate Night. They are very sturdy and travel pretty well. They are also very versatile when it comes to fit. I was able to wear one and my 8 year old was able to wear another. The hat is pretty comfortable on the head, but yet bulky. It was a bit awkward moving around in a thick crowd. I did not hit anyone with the hat, but I sure same close. The hat is well constructed and I will definitely keep it for when I am putting together another pirate costume.
