Magnum: For the last 30 some years, I've fried the 20 pound turkey each Thanksgiving...plus 6 more for the high school staff each year after I retired...plus 2 for the hunting club each deer season. I tried about every big name brand of rub over the years, but none top this one. The skin gets crispy on fried turkeys, and with this rub, it tastes just like bacon. I wish all the grocery stores sold it. PS: also one of the cheaper rubs. Used to buy it @ Food Lion for less than $2.
