SUH Seung Ji: I really like the mellow flavor of this miso. I use it to make soups, salad dressings and vegan cheeses. Its really a good value and I appreciate that its is organic. The one thing I do not like is that the lid won't stay on. It is very flimsy and if something nudges it in the frig, it pops off. Not a freak thing, I've been buying this for years and they all do it. I finally decided to put it in a plastic bag (the twist and tie kind, and I keep it on the door of the frig and this is working out well now.
