Erika: I purchased this backdrop on a 4x6 photo stand to go behind an Ursula blow for my front yard. for halloween. The curtain gave a water effect and was beautiful. The problem was, it was very hot, upper 90's, direct sun and windy. The wind blew the curtain this way and that way, taking some of the fringe 's off. I placed a blue plastic table cloth behind the backdrop in hopes of buffering the effects of the wind, but I may have had better luck with a cotton sheet. The wind blew the metallic tinsel apart in places. I would purchase again, just not for prolonged outdoor use, during windy days .

G & E JohnsonG & E Johnson: As you can see, these are very festive! They definitely tied my whole Halloween scene together. I was impressed with the quality - thick strands, no tearing. My only complaint is the adhesive, it didn't want to stick to the wall. It stuck well to glass, but not the painted wall. Within an hour of putting them up, they were falling down. I had to re-enforce with double-stick pads. My advice is to use extra hanging adhesive from the start!
