carolyntx: I've tried assorted veggie based pastas but Carba-nada's flavor and texture weighed against points is by far the best. This tastes like "REAL" pasta, not gritty ground up vegetables smashed into pasta shapes.
I really tried other products available in my local stores because it just felt wrong to buy pasta to be shipped from Amazon. But when you take into account tossing out un-eaten meals of some of the others, and the ability to have guilt-free good pasta, Carba-nada is the winner.
I have no problem serving this to non-WW guests and they have no idea it's anything unusual.
I agree with those who say it does take a little longer than the package says (I find about 8 min) but it's certainly within regular pasta parameters, and worth the extra few minutes.

Willow’s Mom: My local store that carried this product has closed. For low carb eaters this is a great substitute for regular fettuccine. Tastes good and is ready in 8 minutes. Try it!

Loni Werner: Giving only 4 stars because it is a lower carb version and it tastes pretty good - close to regular noodles. Lowered my rating because it is not as low carb as promoted and diabetics should not eat a full serving. I followed the portion directions perfectly (measured out 5 portions), cooked as directed and ate nearly the full serving. An hour later and my blood sugar reading is higher than it has been in a long time. I will buy these again, but I will cut the portion size in half.

Stephanie Greenwood: I've tried literally every pasta alternative out there and none of them even remotely tasted like pasta. Carba-nada pasta tastes like pasta. If you like your pasta al-dente, just follow the directions but if you're like me and like it softer, you have to cook it longer. To me, it definitely tastes more grainy the more al-dente it is, but a longer boil results in more regular pasta taste without any graininess, so if that's the complaint, just cook it longer. I'm T2D and regularly check my blood sugars a couple of times after adding new foods and this pasta doesn't spike my sugars. The more fiber added to my diet, the better my glucose control and this pasta is loaded with fiber.
