Sandy R: These are small (about 2-3 inches) pieces of rawhide, knotted up at the ends. My dogs will devour them in about 1-2 minutes, which is quick, from my POView. A smaller or daintier dog, say a Pomeranian or Frenchie could take a lot longer than my Shepherd or Pit/Rotty/Terrier mixes do. As with most rawhide products, you probably shouldn't give your dog more than 2-3 per day, since an excess of rawhide can make your dogs poop runny. Make sure they have plenty of water too, but that's a given to begin with.
