The fiirst thing I noticed about all of the new scales is that they have a "feature" that if you weigh yourself several times in a row, they each will ALWAYS repeat their last weight. This is true even if you hold a half pound weight while weghing. My old Tanita would make a new weight measurement each time, sometmes the same or +- 0.2 pounds and would detect any additional weight. Waiting a couple of minutes between on the Taylor or WW would allow a new weight measurement. The 1byone I had to wait much longer. If you are in a hurry to get a second reading, pick up a 1 to 2 pound weight, weigh yourself to "reset the memory", put it down and weigh again.

Amazon Customer: I started looking for a new scale that would sync to my iPhone and had body fat percentage. When I first saw this product I thought it was too good to be true. The product looks great the price was great it had great features everything that I wanted. But then I started to look at the reviews and noticed that most of them were from people told to write those reviews because they got the product for free. But after getting this product I trust and agree with what those other product reviewers were saying. So here's what I think about this scale. From the second you open it you will be very surprised at how high-quality the scale is. It doesn't look like you paid 30 bucks for it. The plastic is very good quality and doesn't feel like it'll break easily and the glass is high quality and gives it a fancy look. I cannot get over how great this thing looks.
