stanley martin: colors are vibrant, great selection, lot of colors, so the actual collar is sturdy, the clip is NOT, don't expect it to stay clasped if you grab the collar.. we tried these on baby goats, when I grabbed collar it comes apart, when they played, they would drop off..
If I was breeding pup or kitten these would work great as identity tag

Savi Winter: This is my second purchase of these collars. I breed Bernedoodle pups. I used the medium size and they fit my pups well up to about 11 weeks old. My pups are usually gone to their new homes well before then. Puppies play rough, with these collars I don't worry about them being injured because they break away easy enough, yet are sturdy enough not to just fall off.

C. Peabody: This is our second litter of Labrador Puppies and we had previously used the velcro colored bands on our last litter. They worked fine initially but the Mom liked to take them off with her teeth on occasion and once the pups became active, they quickly fell off due to fluff from blankets etc. and became useless.
We ended up with 13 pups in this litter so we were looking for a larger package and a different style. We chose the Size Small Milliepet Puppy ID Collars and couldn't be happier.
We don't put the collars on until the pups are 3 weeks of age but I think these collars could have been used much earlier do to their adjustability. They have currently been on the litter for over a week with no sign of any issues.
We love the fact that the collars have a break-away clasp. Puppies get into trouble and the break-away clasp could be a life saver.
We read a few reviews prior to purchase indicating the Size Small collar's were too large for a reviewers litter. I'm not sure how small the pups were but they would have to be seriously tiny for these collars not to fit. Especially at three to four weeks.
