Linda Delaney: I have alot of dogs and I use this machine to wash their bedding.You need a magnifing glass to read some of the instructions. There is no number or email address on the manual for customer service. There is a filter somewhere on this machine and I,m not sure where. It does wash the bedding fine once you figure out how to use it. I have received pictures from another customer showing a filter on the washing basket, mine does not have one on the basket

Randy: I've had this now for several weeks and have used it multiple times, was frustrating having to purchase an adapter after the fact but not surprising considering many people stated as much in other reviews, however, this IS a quality washer, and if you live in an apartment or small housing situation without access to a laundry room, this will definitely help you, I love it, washes my clothes amazingly well, VERY quiet, surprisingly so in fact and for the most part easy to use, purchase this, you'll likely not regret it.
