Lori: I have been searching for healthy, natural "energy" drinks that don't contain artificial sweetners in them. I found this and its a "good" on the "bad-good-better-best" scale that I rate things. Good, because it doesn't have artificial sweetners and uses cane sugar. Good because it does help give me a much needed pick up on the days after my insomnia is too much and I'm dragging to get through the day. The taste is actually enjoyable, as is their peach lemonade. My son prefers the peach lemonade to the orange. I like them both.

It doesn't score higher because of how much sugar is in it. 34 grams is ALOT . Its EIGHT teaspoons of sugar. That is more sugar than a person should consume in a day, no less one serving.
NOTE to the manufacturer: Try reducing and adding monkfruit!! I do appreciate having at least a somewhat healthier option than the chemical laden, cancer causing artificial sweetners that are in all the other "energy drinks" out there. Other note. Aluminum (a brain toxic heavy metal) is not the healthy option either for drinks as it leaches into the drink. Glass is the preferred container...

Wendy V.: This is one of my son's favorite gifts he receives for birthdays and other holidays. It's too expensive to justify purchasing regularly, but it's a great treat for him several times a year.
It has real sugar as opposed to the artificial sweeteners many energy drinks contain, so I do love that. He says no other energy drink comes close to as good as this both in flavor and in the pick-me-up it provides.

I have been drinking energy drinks every day since I was about 18 years old (I'm now 29 years old) because I have always had difficulties focusing and staying awake. I have tried Monster Energy, Red Bull, Coke Energy, and Up Time. These are the core energy drinks that I usually look for when I'm walking into a convenience store or gas station.

I first tried Up Time almost a year ago and at the time I was rotating between Monster Energy Juice editions and Blue Berry Red Bulls. The first thing I noticed when I tried Up Time was that it was refreshing and well carbonated, the flavor profiles of the White Peach Lemonade, Blood Orange, and Original Citrus are all delicious. They taste so good that it could almost be dangerous because I could drink them very fast as if I was drinking a flavored seltzer water. I personally find it more difficult to consume Red Bull and Monster energy drinks after trying Up Time. Up Time allowed me to wake up and stay awake throughout the day as well as being focused without any sort of crash. This review is for the cane sugar...

Wicasawakan: I like that they give a gradual energy lift and there's no crash.
Don't like that the cost is so high.
I have no difficulty opening them because you know...we're adults.
